As a refugee growing up in Tel Aviv, Haim Saban remembers not having enough money to eat. As an adult, he hustled his way into the entertainment business, writing theme songs for classic cartoons like Inspector Gadget and Heathcliff. But producing the mega-hit Mighty Morphin Power Rangers put him on track to becoming a billionaire media titan.

Haim is a clever businessman. Good insights into the world of scores and compositions for children's television shows. I would pay to listen in on the meeting he had with Pat Robertson's son to buy the Family Channel.

Super shrewd, sharp and sounds humble kind of guy. Interestingly , through he grew up in an Egyptian Jewish family, his vocabulary is rich with Yiddish. I guess this polish Jewish GF was very close to him :).
